Dual Piston Calipers

There was a thread last week about a possible dual piston caliper
available for the 10.1'' rotors.  I just wondered if anyone knows of an
actual source for these or not.  Would they simply replace the original
caliper with no other mods needed?  Would you have to get different brake
pads also?
