Well, as far as a front spoiler for a 16V , ive presonally never seen one.
But , for a mk1 its the little piece below the bumper. Most of them are
aftermarket, but some are factory , on the S's i believe (correct me if im
wrong). Anyway , Andre's vomit comit , is a good example , and there are
others like doug teulie's autoex has one. just surf the link page on
scirocco.org , and you should find one. HTH
