i was just about to send everyone an email about this just saw it on the
news tonight..
driver was bacly hurt and passenger flew 70 feet out window and died
instantly.

The driver didnt die they now face manslaughter charges , reckless driving ,
and a series of many other charges. is currently residing in the Jail house
.....
