The Potterman has been recommending H&R springs lately. I think they are
the same manufacturer of the early Neuspeed springs, which are now
fab'ed in-house. I hear the quality (Nspeed) isn't the same anymore.

I think yo could search the Scirocco.org archives as well as the
watercooled newsgroup (Deja or Remarq) for more info.
