[86 8V] black paint for touch ups?

Hi all -- do any of you have any recommendations for reasonably good paint
matches for a stock black '86 rocco? Would a dealer be able to provide it,
or are there any "generic" brands? I'm going to eventually be doing some
spot rust removal (no large areas, though there are a couple spots in
visible areas of the passenger door) and would keep the car looking
reasonably good (i.e., hard to tell that it's had spot painting done on
it).

And speaking of rust removal, have any of you used POR-15
(http://www.por15.com/)? This seems to be pretty well recommended, but I'd
like to hear about any of your experiences...
