Take out the surround for the cluster, remove the screw on the cluster and 
tilt it forward. You may be able to get your fingers in the the bulb holder. 
Twist and remove.

However more than likely you will have to pull the speedp cable off the back 
to get access or if your real unlucky like mine disconnect the MFA vacuum 
tube and the 2 plug connectors form the bottom and take the whole thing out 
through dash.

Its a pain to be honest
