Sounds like Front Bearing going south, causing slop between it and hub.
On the other hand most anything up under there attached to the A arm
could do this. Jack up that corner off the ground (getting the weight of
the car of the wheel) and start a visual/ tug and pull diag session.

Remember to Fill the block through he upper hose as a step to avoid a
bubble in the block (you have already closed it all up I'm sure but) FYI.
