Coil related

If any one of you can help me, feel free to...

Here's the problem: My beloved Rocco refuse to start. Everything seem to be 
fine but I found that the primary resistance of the coil is 1.1 when it's 
supposed to be around 1.7-2.2. Secondary resistance is 3000, and the specs 
is around 7000-12000... So, is my coil to change? If it's the case here, 
should I stick with Bosch or try some Riceboy brand?
