[Race Tech]: Roll cage questions

I've got a friend who is trying to get into the roll cage business, and he's
willing to cut me a good deal on a cage so he's got something to show people
when they inquire about his work.   So, I've got a couple of questions for
you all.  First, to what specs should I build the cage?  I really only use
the car as an autocrosser and weekend fun driver.  I don't think I'll ever
seriously turn it into a race car, but if I do I'd like to be prepared.
I've been thinking of building the cage to Improved Touring specs.  Anyone
got a better idea?  Secondly, depending on the class I choose to go with,
where can I find tech info and cage specs?
