Car keeps dying when it gets warm!!!

I have an 86 rocco 8v.  When I start it up cold it runs fine and drives
fine.  The idle stays stable.When the car gets to normal temperature it dies
whenever I let off the gas!!  Any ideas what is causing the problem.... I
put in new plugs/wires and checked the distributor already.  I could not
find any vacuum leaks when I looked either.

Anyone??
