Is that a stock KKK turbo center section with upgraded Garrett parts hung on 
it?

Dont know what that much of a hybrid setup would cost but a standard T3/T4 
hybrid runs around 7-800 US dollars from what I have seen . 

Maybe Turbonetics has some info on there page .
