KP/CM2....markings on VDO guage

Anyone have an idea what this is.....it is the markings found on a VDO gauge
we found going through some old parts today....I'm thinking
pressure?.......but hell I probably didn't use it back when because I
couldn't figure it out....but I wasn't on the "all knowing" list back then
either.
