As Honnold, Bradley and I will tell you, it's ALWAYS worth
putting a turbo on.. :)

You wouldn't necassarily have to beef the 1.7 up to put a turbo on,
it just depends on how much boost you are planning to run.
I have a BAE turbo kit (which I'm selling soon), that runs 6-8lbs
of boost and it worked great on my 1.8 JH with no bottom end work.
With the other minor mods to the car, it was in the neighborhood of
145-150hp.
But now it's time for me to move on to bigger and better turbos......
