Rear Axle Studs (broken)

Guys!

Where do I begin!

How on earth do I fucking repair broken axle studs.  Lemme  explain which
ones these are.  The studs which are welded on the frame of the car and
where the rear axle gets mounted.  It seems as though I managed to break two
of them.  How can I repair them.

Also, how the hell do I get these e-brake lines out.  They seem to be stuck
in there nice and tightly.
