Here's one from the Acura parts counter:

Me:  Parts, Marie speaking.
Customer:  I need a part for an Acura.
Me:  What model Acura sir?
Customer:  I don't know. ARent all Acuras the same?
Me: No sir, there's about five different models.
Customer:  Well, it's an Acura. But the engine says Honda. That doesnt make
any sense!
Me:  Acura is made by Honda, sir.
Customer:  Really? Wow! You're sure?
Me: Oh my god.  Are you for real, buddy? (hangs up.)

And the scary part is this guy was one of our wholesale accounts.  Guess a
mechanic's apprenticeship is a hell of a lot easier to pass than it used to
be.
