Pitted Headlight lens/cracked dash repair

At w-fest we were standing around Mike Leachs car admiring his pitted
headlights.  Brett sez "you just need some glass polish."  Anybody know where
you can get this stuff?

Also, is anyone aware of any kind of product that can be used to repair
dashboard cracks?  Some kind of vinyl repair goop?
