Re: mirror question



Dunno what you guys would call it but its the part of the chassis the front 
wing (fender) bolts on to. Usually references to the 'inner wing' are 
talking about the areas that don't include the strut housing, i.e. largely 
the area in front of the suspension.

Yes, the MKI Passat is the Dasher.

BTW, just as an indicator of differences between U.S. & U.K. spec sciroccos, 
I have never seen a scirocco with P/S, A/C or electric mirrors
