    you should maybe drain the tranny fluid.  if there's a lot of metal in
the oil, or if you don't pour very much out, then that may be your problem.

    if you pour it into a clean container, you can reuse the fluid, or you
can give the tranny a fresh coupla pints...

    check it out...
