May I introduce a third option and recommend the Eibachs?  The Pro Kit (I
have) is slightly stiffer than stock (progressive) and the Sportline version
(don't think they make those for Scirocco's) is the next step up.  You can
also go with the Eibach Ground Control Kit (I'm getting) for about $399 if
you want the coilover (ride height adjustable) ride without he coilover
price.  Lifetime guarantee against sagging or spring rate change on ALL
Eibach springs.  Nope, I don't work for them....I'm just a very satisfied
