No, The Scirocco MK2 has a different system than the Scirocco MK1 or rabbit.

I am not sure what it is you want to do. In Europe the MK2 came with non
powered mirrors
that bolt up to the same mount as the powered mirrors on a MK2. You will
need to fix the hole
in the inside door panel if you do this conversion. All the MK1 Mirrors are
attached to the
top of the door near the split in the glass. This conversion will be more
difficult and I am not
sure which mirror works better.
