12 year old oil pump. :)

Try switching to a quality Mann / Mahle filter (won't help the pressure,
it's just a good idea :) ) and some Castrol GTX 20w50.  Should cure
all your low oil pressure ills for some time to come.

Could be bad fuel injector seals.

Since you haven't been maintaining the car for any lenght of time at
all, and you know almost nothing of it's history, it could be any
number of things.  Yes, change all the filter, the fluids, the belts,
etc.  Normal stuff when you buy a used car and want to fix it up or
keep it in top running condition.  Replace the wires (especially if
they're original) the cap / rotor (with bosch parts).

Replace the wear items first IMHO.
