Absolutely possible.  But in this case the combination is significantly
heavier than air.  The atomic weight of a typical molecule of air is (if
memory serves) 14 to 18, where the atomic weight of a molecule of R12 is
around 121.  So it's not going up as R12 and if it breaks down into it's
constituent parts it's not dangerous.  Don't you hate it?
