Re: water-cooled conversion

> So are you going to do it?

in response to this and doug's prior posts about corvette's, i think
i'll share this with you. the bradley will not be done unfortunately.
why? well, when i went to look at it last night there were some things
wrong with it. a little of the fiberglass was cracked and most of the
interior was rotting away. in addition to this, the engine didn't run. i
think the thing that bothered me the most, though, was the fact that you
could see the ground from the backseat. rust had totally eaten the
floorpans away. they could be replaced fairly cheaply, but what's to say
about the rest of the car? still, i would've possibly bought it had he
not wasnted $1600 for it. yes, that is the correct price. what's this
have to done witha 'vette? well, the same guy that owned the bradley
also let a 38' scooner fill up with water and rot out and let two
previously mint 'vettes rust and rot to the ground simply because he
wanted to spite his wife.
