RE: 2.0L engine
Hey, I'm nearly finished with installing an ABA block into my Roc. I kept
the CIS and this makes it simple. Feel free to ask me any questions you
might have.
Nate (VWN8, on this list) just finished putting in the whole Motronic
deal into his rocco, so that route is possible, but difficult.
You will want to keep the tranny from your car. It will work just fine,
so long as you swap the clutch and flywheel as well. If the donor car
has an O2O tranny, then it would swap in, but it would probably add
cost. The O2A is very tricky to swap in, as it is cable shifted, etc.
