[Tech] [euro exhaust manifolds]

question:

For euro models, are the exhaust ports on the later
(1980s) carburated 1.8 cylinder heads any different
than on the injected heads?

The reason I ask is that a lister has a carburated DS
motor, and I reccomended an early GTi
manifold/downpipe to replace the 4-1 manifold
currently on the car (which, BTW is my plan as well).

I would think that the EG ex. manifold would bolt up
to any carburated 1.8 head, but I may be wrong!
