First thing - were you hurt?  I mean, it doesn't sound like
it...  other than witnessing another Scirocco death.

Welp, here's my advice, as much as I know you don't want to
hear it.  You're gonna have to go through that whole mess
dealing with the insurance company again.  "Buy it back"
and pull the 2.0 and tranny (if it's still good) and
whatever else you can, and find another car.  I *know* you
just did this, but this one is absolutely no question in my
mind, dead.  Even if it were fixed, it wouldn't ever be
quite right.

I don't know exactly how you're going to handle this, other
than the adjuster will have to look at the car and you'll
have to explain all about the extras that have been added.
