There is a guy locally that runs and E-mod rabbit and he hand built 
his intake manifold system with dual throttle bodies.  In fact, 
there's a movie of his car in action, on two wheels, at an autocross 
at http://www.cpscc.org in the movies section.  The car is a built 
1.6L and it goes like stink.  Only problem is that the throttle is very 
touchy, to say the least.
