RE: Door Trim Adhesion



Use 3M automotive adhesive tape. Best stuff in the world. I think the OEM
trim used tape like this. On the 16v body kit, there's actually a groove in
the back side where the tape goes, so that when you put the piece on, the
edges of the trim are flush with the body, hiding the tape. I'm not sure
about the black bumper thingamerbobber trim, but it might be the same. If
so, just get the proper width to fit in the groove. I found it at a regular
auto parts store.

Or the anti shopping cart to door trim bumper thingamerbobber!!!!
How would I go about attaching one of these to my door???  Is there a glue
that I should use or a 2 sided tape. Also, where should I get it? The new
door I got doesn't have it and I do want to replace it.  I kinda like how it
looks on a white car so no need  telling me that I need to remove it all.
