You might want to check that your control pressure regular is working.
It has both electrical, vacuum & fuel line connections.  There are
procedures for testing it in the Bentley manual.  It controls the fuel
mixture based on engine temperature and if working properly, full load
fuel enrichment.

Hard starting can also be traced to poor grounding.  Try cleaning the
ones you have, and running some additional ones...neg to alternator case,
and neg to body...like the coil backing plate.
