scirocco siting

<x-flowed>I saw a black 16v with blue pin striping (i cant really remember the color 
exactly....confound my memory)in green bay, wi this last weekend, the 23rd.  
I was in my brothers '83 rabbit (orange w/black racing stripes)....just 
wondering if i was anyone of the list.  It's the first scirocco i've seen in 
green bay other than my own.
