Tire Pressures

Hey rocco'ers

What kind of tire pressures are you guys running on the 185/60-14 tires.  
Reason I ask is becuse I have always run 35 front and 32 rear  and when I was 
getting a nial removed and the tire patched they guy said I should be running 
40 psi all around for best handleing.  Max psi is 44 so would 40 be OK?
