  i run 10w30 pennzoil in mine. i don't like the idea od synthetic for
myself because my valve cover gasket leaks a little and i don't want to
have to spend the extra $$$ (hey, i'm a college student. cut me some
slack). the only bad thing i've heard about synthetic is that it doesn't
protect to as high a temp. i also know that attached to that thread was
a link to a place talking about oil additives and the dis/advantges of
them. it was something that ended in snakeoil.htm. i'm sure someone has
it lying around somewhere.
