not.&nbsp; Its a very easy swap, everything just plugs right in.&nbsp; the 
hardest part is getting the old window track stuff and new regulators in and out 
of the doors, but once you figure out how to bend everything, it's pretty 
easy.&nbsp; Just watch out for dead regulators.&nbsp; When i bought mine off 
someone, he was nice enough to throw in 2 instead of two, and out of 3, still 
only one works really well, one didn't work at all at hte other is much slower 
than it should be.&nbsp; </FONT></DIV>
