<x-charset iso-8859-1>I guess it just depends on how much cash you can spend.  You can make a good
coilover setup using some koni shocks and a Ground Control coilover package
(comes withe eibach springs in any rate you want).

 As far as quality coilovers go, i've seen some actual Koni coilovers in the
mags lately, i'm sure they'd be great, but i dunno if they make a set for
the roc (of mk1's in general yet).

Also, my buddy just picked up a pair of efkay (thats how they pronounced it,
i can't remember how it's spelled), but they are a ground up coilover, but
they also use koni inserts that are adjustable too.  not too sure on the
spring rates though, i think they only offer a sport and race package, but
i'm sure you can replace the springs with some konis in whatever spring rate
you wanted.

  They came from Denon in Vancouver, really nice shocks.  i guess it just
depends on what you're looking for.
