This may be of interest to the list if there is anyone out there who brought
a non-California emissions equipped car into CA and had to pay the
$300 smog impact fee, even though the car passes the smog check. Go to
http://www.wyca.com/ to find out about lawsuits that may end up with those
people who paid the extortion, err, fee, getting a refund.
