<x-flowed>I am thinking of doing some moderate performance upgrades on my JH 1.8.  I 
have that darn "choker" manifold with the leaking dohnut, and would like to 
replace it.  I found the pace-setter header for $110 at a local VW shop, and 
I think that looks like a good deal.  Local speed shop quoted about $100 
labor to install it. Is it worth it for steet use?
