ONLY if you have 100mm flanges or a stock rife height 90mm flanged car.
If you have 90mm flanges and the car is lowered, you can save yourself a
bigtime hassle and leave it stock, or install everything but the Velocity
caps and hex bolts.

Basically it adds more preload to the diff. Instead of 20% it bumps it up
to 80% which helps keep the diff sort of locked (AKA breakaway torque).
Works great when it works. Sucks when it comes apart and tears shit up.
