TURBO

   well guys i'm looking for a turbo conversion on my scirocco , but i
don't want the 4000$ turbo kit and i need the help of you . First of all
, my engine is :
     head : 1.8L golf 8v 1989 RV engine , digifant injection , including
the wiring room and conntrol   unit.
     cylinder block : Audi 80 1989 2.0L , short block 3A .
     Camshaft : Piper 285 degree cam-kit  .
     K&n 57i induction kit .
     Gearbox : the original scirocco gti 1.6 close ratio factory gearbox
.
     Modified throtlle body .
     FSE power boost valve .
     Pace Setter 4-into-1 headers .
     2.5 inch exhaust system .
     Estomated power : around a 145bhp .
My friend has a 1990 Suzuki swift gti 1.3 16v , standard , he installed
a Daihatsu charade GTti turbo, and did make the manifold , he only
bought a de-comperssion plate , and the car is a bullet , so i'm trying
to do the same to my scirocco . What is the best turbo to be used , a
Golf diesel one , or Fiat uno turbo or a Daihatsu Charade GTti one ? Did
anyone installed a turbo on an engine like mine ? What modifications do
i need ? Please send me full information about the conversion .
