more xferpump woes...

ok, you all must be sick of this by now...

after installing the pump yesterday, it seemed to be fine (quiet, etc...)
all of a sudden this morning, the damn thing buzzes! it still sounds better 
than the old pump, but man -= this thing is loud! and of course, when i 
operate my windows (power) the pump buzzes accordingly (i must have some 
sort of power issue)

it's pretty erratic too... on the way back this morning, it was quieter, 
but still loud enough to hear.

why is this pump so gdamn loud?!
