[non-roc] audi 4k dieseling

<x-flowed>My buddy's got an '85 Audi 4000S which has our standard 4-cyl 1.8l engine 
with (pretty sure) CIS-E.

It diesels when he shuts it off. Pretty bad, too. Why?

There's 180k on it, original engine, no recent work done to the head or 
block. It runs surprisingly strong for having so much mileage. He checked 
the compression in all 4 cylinders, and it's all within limits.

Rings? Vapor lock? I don't know?
