I used the Nitto NT-450s for awhile on my 15" BBSes, and they
were pretty good.  Good wet handling and good wear characteristics.
They weren't the best for all out handling, and the they have a tendancy
to track more than other directional tires.  But they are a good choice
for a daily driver, especially if you are on a budget.
When I bought my 16" ABTs, I switched to Pirelli P-Zeros, and I love them!
Not the best wet handling, but great in every other category.

I have also heard many good things about the Pirelli P700Zs.....
And you may want to take a look into the Falken Ziex or GRBetas.
