Are you saying that the rear beam is only being held on with 3 bolts ?

I had this happen to me once and thought It would be fine to drive also until 
the other one broke while travelling at 60 MPH around a curve . INTERESTING  
having instant rear steering at speed . 

It is a real pain to fix but less than if you crash .
