Head Bolts

I am told i need to tighten my head bolts in a certain sequence with certain
specs(8v). Could someone tell me what they are? I noticed some oil seepage
and checked the bolts and some were so loose i could move them with my
fingers. I snugged them with a ratchet, but I'd like to do it right.
