Id have to say this is one of the best engineered rev limiter ive ever
used. Mainly because instead of just cutting out precisely at a set RPM
it instead begins to retard timming which you can feel. I don't use a
shift light and feel that a light telling me when to shift wouldn't be as
practical for the way I drive my car. (Autox, ect.) Instead, I can feel
when the limiter begins to retard the timming and I shift before it cuts
out, simple as that. Otherwise the limiter is blipping and your not going
any faster so shifting is the only solution. (Or, dial the limiter up a
notch when you get back to the pits. LOL )

I think its easier to feel the retarding of the timing before it starts
cutting the ignition than it is to see the light and shift. (IMHO, of
course. YMMV.) I had planned on adding a shift light to the car but now
think I can do without it since I have the benefit of feeling the
limiting actions comming.

Since the limiter retards the timming before it starts cutting the
ignition its much less harsh and violent like the stock limiter (Or other
limiters ive used on other vehicles) is which cuts the fuel pump and
starves the motor from fuel. I don't think a hard driven motor should
ever see a totally lean condition so Brads limiter is again a safer
system for the motor.

Now as far as of ease of installation, it don't get any easier than this!
Jason Camisa could install one of these bad boys!!
2 wires and a ground. (- on coil, + on coil and a ground to be exact.) I
located mine in the rain tray next to my Nology coil amp. (Got me a
collection of stuff under there. <G>)

The ONLY complaint (You know I gots to have something to complain about)
I have is the marking on the side of the limiter where you adjust the RPM
that you want is printed out in a scale for a bike. So it took a few
tries to get it dialed in to 6,700 rpms (right around the 9,000 rpm
marking on the box.) I wanted on the car. Not really something worthy of
a complaint but hey.

Anyways, I know this sounded like a infomercial or something but its just
my experience on the topic in case anybody was thinking about adding a
rev limiter.
