Well if the 16v's have them, this sounds precisely like a Warm Up
Regulater valve, or pressure regulater problem.  They are the same
thing, but peoples call them a bunch of different names.  Anyway, this
is exactly the symptoms of my 8v.  It is a small device hooked up to the
front of the block with 2 fuel lines leading into it, one bigger than
the other.  Once again, this is an 8v and since I don't know sheit about
16v's I have no idea if they have one too.  And BTW if your reading this
Verne, I am still waiting for the Regulator valve you said you were
sending me :-)  Remember the coil I gave you???
