Depending on what you use for the mounts. Stock mounts are good and will
feel noticeably better. The TT front mount is probably the best choice
because of its performance and long life.
The rear mount in its stock form is pretty durable.
The side tranny mount is much like the passenger side mount in design. It
doesn't see as much stress as the passenger side mount does but it does
wear out.
There is a definite plus to replacing all the mounts within a relatively
close time frame. The car will feel like a new car to you.

The front and rear mounts are very easy.
Unless you have a press the tranny mount is a little harder. However you
can order a side trans mount already pressed into a new housing (Yes, as
in brand new shinny anodized new.) from Virtual World Parts. The price is
right so I got one for myself back when I was doing my plethora of tranny
swaps.
The side tranny mount is the hardest to replace but if you just make it
one job and replace all 3 of them at once, it will be easy since you got
to drop the front and rear mounts to get the side mount off anyways.
HTH!!
