motor mounts

While having my car tuned, I had the passenger side motor mounts replaced.
I'de like to replace the other three myself (if possible) just to be
consistent.  Will the other three replacements result in as much of a
change as with the passenger side one?  

Also, what's the difficulty level replacing the front, back (trans), and
driver-side mounts?
