beware the flu! NON-Rocco

Well guys, I've been out of it for a while due to the flu.

DO NOT MESS AROUND WITH THIS ONE.

Get plenty of rest and drink lots of fluids. I messed

around and it almost killed me.

I had 104.7 degrees for almost 2 days.. I was delerious

and very sore if you can believe it. While you guys were

planning and travelling to Cincy for the meet, I got to

go to the hospital.

Please take heed.. this is very late in the flu season

but its still out there. This was my second one this year.

Just wanted to warn everyone.
