Car Value

Ok.. my car is about to need a new transmission.  But I'm not sure if it is
going to worth it, or should I just sell it and get a new rocco.  Here's
what I have, if anyone could tell me the value of my car if the transmission
were to go puff, that would be nice.... also anyone in the Maine area want
to buy a car that is going to need a transmission????


86 Scirocco 8v
107k miles
Auto tranny
has new tires
original 6-spoke rims.
new windshield
minor rust
passenger side fender slightly pushed in

Any help would be nice.. thanks
