Re: Hydraulic lifter noise




Basically, just before you change your oil, you dump in a quart, run the
car at idle (DONT drive it or rev it) for 5 min then dump the
oil....basically ATF has alot of cleaners in it...so it can clean the crap
out of your lifters...I have no idea on effect (bad) on the engine...a
mechanic friend of mine reccomended it along time ago on my Coupe...
